Studio Training CANCELLATION POLICIES

Gold and Silver Packages

When you purchase a gold or silver membership package, you are committing to purchasing 156 (gold) or 104 (silver) personal training sessions over a 12 month period. With this commitment you receive a reduced rate for this service. Therefore, should you choose to cancel your membership you are required to either a) continue making monthly payments until the end of the contract or b) pay out the remaining balance owing.

Group Fitness Membership Return Policy

When you commit to a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month group fitness membership, you are receiving a special rate depending on the length of your commitment. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on 3 month, 6 month or 12 month group fitness contracts. Clients who wish to cancel these memberships have the option to pay out the remaining balance or continue with automatic payments.

Individual Training

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited.
If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.

Partner and Group Training

In-Home Training Cancellation Policies

Parkour/Ninja Warrior CANCELLATION Policies

For session based programming, refunds will be given with 7+ days notice before the beginning of the session. Refunds will be given either a) via cheque less a $25 administration fee or b) on to SMC account for the full amount.

Within 7 days before the beginning of the session or once sessions have started, refunds will only be given on SMC account less $25 administration fee.

For Full Year (September to June) sessions, clients who withdraw from the class within the first 14 days of class will be refunded onto their SMC account the amount of their first payment less $25 administration fee. For withdrawal from the class beyond the first 14 days, the client will forfeit the monthly payment for the current month they are in (and all previous months).

Switching from one class to another can be done without penalty (assuming space is available) within the first 14 days of a session. Drop ins are not available for session based programs.

Late registration for classes can be done within the first 14 days of a session, assuming there is space available in the class requested. No proration or make up classes will be granted for classes missed.
