Spectator Code of Conduct

SPECTATORS:

• Spectators are welcome for all classes offered at SMC. Our Spectator Zone is located at the back of the gym. 
  
  

• We cannot guarantee you will always have eyes on your children from our Spectator Zone.  We have prioritized the participant’s experience and safety over the quality of spectator areas.
  
  

• We realize you want to see your child at all times but we ask you to remain in dedicated spectator zone during your stay. It is distracting and dangerous for participants to have people walking through their training space. 
  
  

• Standing along the walls, by the water fountain, on the stairs, etc. is not okay. We have other clientele using the facility (many with mobility issues) and these areas are to be kept clear in order for safe passage.
  
  

• Please reserve the seating in reception for clients coming and going; NOT for waiting a full hour for your child.  The windows in reception are NOT for you to watch your children.
   

• Younger siblings, parents, grandparents, and all other spectators are not allowed on the equipment at any time.  
  

• SMC has a zero tolerance policy for bullying or aggressive behavior towards our staff and clients. Serratus Movement Centre is an inclusive facility and workplace.
